Cinematography: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button [ed. On second thought, I'm going with Slumdog. Unlike Button, which makes considerable use of CGI effects, DP Anthony Dod Mantle & co. utilized the narrow, weltering streets of Mumbai to great effect. Think of all the equipment they must have had to schlep around amid stifling heat waiting for that fraction of a second in which all the conditions required for shooting coalesce.]
