My favorite bits were:

"But don't let him freak you out when he try to smile
'Cause that smile be CREEPY!" (referring to McCain, of course)

and the Eskimos.

But the mock shooting of the moose was IT for me. That and Alec Baldwin's lines. I laughed and cringed simultaneously because I think they skewered her without giving her the opportunity to respond (see Hilary Clinton's "editorial" appearance on SNL). Or maybe she was given an opportunity, but didn't have enough time to "study" the lines.
